Senior Operations Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing Australian business in Brisbane, QLD.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing repair and servicing operations for AC & Refrigeration systems, with a proven track record as a senior operations manager.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting quotes and invoices
  • Liaising with clients and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Planning, scheduling, and managing daily operations
  • Servicing and repairing air conditioners and refrigeration systems to the highest standards
  • Documenting all repairs, including parts usage
