About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join our client's team and support the delivery of a major industrial facility project. As an HVAC Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day site activities and ensuring the seamless execution of HVAC installations and mechanical works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all on-site HVAC activities to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving any technical issues on-site and provide guidance and support to the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience managing sites with a mechanical package value of $10 million or more.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
