About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to manage a large commercial site in Western Sydney. As a senior technician, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of HVAC equipment, working closely with on-site facilities managers and multi-trade teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service and maintenance of HVAC equipment, including central plant, chilled water, retail, VRV, and VRF systems.
  2. Preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
  3. Collaboration with on-site facilities managers and multi-trade teams to achieve site objectives.
  4. Reporting directly to a service manager, providing regular updates on site activities and performance.
  5. Management of a large static site, including OT on offer if needed.
Requirements
  1. Trade qualified in Air Conditioning.
  2. Two recent references, demonstrating your technical expertise and work ethic.
  3. Strong communication and time management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with site teams.
  4. Two years post-trade experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  5. Current license, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
