HVAC Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our newly established Minor Works division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects with HVAC values up to $750k, overseeing the existing portfolio, and driving new business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installations and project management, with experience in leading projects and working collaboratively with a team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing division with potential career advancement to Minor Works Manager. You will be part of a new and expanding team, contributing to significant business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple HVAC projects with values up to $750k, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
  2. Oversee the existing portfolio and actively bring on new business to support our aggressive growth plans.
  3. Work closely with Account Managers and Estimators on tenders and site visits.
  4. Conduct site visits, manage tender portals, and submit proposals for new projects.
  5. Contribute to the strategic growth of the division, with the potential to move into a Minor Works Manager role as the division expands.
Requirements
  1. Must have a strong background in HVAC installations and project management.
  2. Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with a team.
  3. Experience in business development and managing a project portfolio.
  4. Ability to contribute to the aggressive growth plans of the division.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
