You'll play a pivotal part in crafting, coordinating, and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive business performance and support growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop L&D initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives and core values, working closely with Head of People and P&C Business Partners.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, managing scheduling and logistics.
  • Assess and adapt training needs across the organization in partnership with P&C Business Partners.
  • Support the delivery of our BD program with Business Development & Marketing.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive learning calendar.
  • Facilitate a range of learning programs across the organization.
  • Continuously improve and evaluate training programs based on feedback.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and digital platforms.
  • Support onboarding and national student induction programs.
  • Forecast learning needs and identify relevant opportunities.
  • Provide timely L&D reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance to enhance digital literacy and financial acumen.
  • Support career planning and tailored programs for high-potential staff.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, HR, Education, or Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
  • Familiarity with technology and emerging practices.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and coordinating L&D programs.
  • Ability to deliver effective learning solutions and frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven relationship-building and influencing abilities at all levels.
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player, results-driven, and committed to organizational success.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms.
  • Skilled in applying HR analytics and metrics for insight-driven decisions.
