You'll play a pivotal part in crafting, coordinating, and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive business performance and support growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop L&D initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives and core values, working closely with Head of People and P&C Business Partners.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, managing scheduling and logistics.
- Assess and adapt training needs across the organization in partnership with P&C Business Partners.
- Support the delivery of our BD program with Business Development & Marketing.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive learning calendar.
- Facilitate a range of learning programs across the organization.
- Continuously improve and evaluate training programs based on feedback.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and digital platforms.
- Support onboarding and national student induction programs.
- Forecast learning needs and identify relevant opportunities.
- Provide timely L&D reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance to enhance digital literacy and financial acumen.
- Support career planning and tailored programs for high-potential staff.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, HR, Education, or Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
- Familiarity with technology and emerging practices.
- Experience in developing, managing, and coordinating L&D programs.
- Ability to deliver effective learning solutions and frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven relationship-building and influencing abilities at all levels.
- Initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative team player, results-driven, and committed to organizational success.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms.
- Skilled in applying HR analytics and metrics for insight-driven decisions.
