Learning and Development Specialist

The Learning Management System (LMS) administrator plays a vital role in fostering employee growth and development. An ideal candidate will possess experience in administering an LMS, managing user permissions, and creating courses.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless user experiences by providing proactive administration of the LMS.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for LMS implementation, requiring technical and change management knowledge.
  • Managing compliance reporting, onboarding configurations, learning plans, and system user support.
  • Coordinating learning activities, including liaising with external providers and scheduling events.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring data integrity within the LMS.

The successful candidate will be able to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and have experience with learning design and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Canva.
