Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead and support our client relationships, drive business outcomes, and deliver integrated financial solutions in the Global Investment Banking sector.

The successful candidate will possess strong advisory expertise, capitalizing on powerful M&A, equity and debt product expertise to deliver best-in-class results.

Our team has executed high-profile transactions, advising clients on strategic advisory and financing services, including M&A transactions and equity and debt financing.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop core investment banking skills, train and mentor junior bankers, and work with a global team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support client relationships, driving business outcomes and delivering integrated financial solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic advisory and financing plans for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
  • Participate in the execution of M&A transactions, equity and debt financing, and other business initiatives.
  • Train and mentor junior bankers, developing their core investment banking skills.

Requirements:

  • Investment Banking experience in Infrastructure and M&A, with outstanding academic achievement.
  • A bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
