As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for building and reviewing advanced financial models covering project economics, capital structures, and investment returns. You will also support debt and equity financing processes, engaging directly with banks, investors, and advisors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure advisory, or energy/renewables.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, project finance, IRR/NPV, scenario planning).
- Exposure to capital raising, transaction execution, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of energy markets, project development, or infrastructure deals an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
