Carpentry and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our project team at Amrun Village in Far North Qld.
The successful candidate will work on the Amrun Village Room Upgrade Project, which involves stripping out and refurbishing the accommodation.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Assist with door replacements, lockset installations, wall lining repairs, flooring and metal roofing replacement and repairs.
- Perform plasterboard ceiling replacements and flushing tasks.
- Carry out framing/partition construction tasks.
- Trade Certificate in Carpentry.
- C Class Drivers License.
- White card.
- Forklift ticket (desirable).
- Physically fit and able to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Proven time management skills and prioritization abilities.
The salary for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
