Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Adherence: Ensure construction schedules are met and manage any deviations effectively.
  • Site Documentation: Write and maintain accurate site diaries and forecasts to track project progress.
  • Personnel Management: Oversee site personnel, providing direction and support to ensure project efficiency and adherence to timelines.
  • OH&S Protocols: Implement and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Schedule Production: Create detailed 2 and 4-week schedules for the Site Manager, ensuring all site activities are planned and executed efficiently.
  • Design and Procurement: Leverage strong design, procurement, and contract management experience to contribute to project success.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant construction degree and qualifications.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with tier 1 or 2 contractors or respected builders, with a proven track record on $50M+ Australian construction projects.
  • Tenure: Strong tenure with current or previous employers, demonstrating reliability and expertise.
  • Responsibility: Full responsibility for all site aspects of the project, showcasing your ability to manage complex construction activities.
  • Scheduling Expertise: Ability to produce detailed 2 and 4-week schedules for effective project management.
  • Skills: Strong design, procurement, and contract management experience, coupled with effective communication skills with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
