Electrical Project Manager

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium of industry-leading Tier 1 organisations – John Holland, Service Stream, and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services across their southern region, from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the successful delivery of projects in Sydney Water's Treatment program, supporting construction leads and managing project timelines.
- Oversee the tender process, including evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages, applying pre-contract knowledge of design, planning, and legislative requirements.
- Monitor and review costs, invoices, and claims for allocated projects, ensuring time, cost, quality, and regulatory standards are met.
- Contribute to the constructability of a project with respect to design development, analysing and utilising document and record management systems to track progress and project performance.
- Liaise and coordinate with all external parties and relevant statutory authorities, managing their attendance on site as necessary.
- Ensure the successful delivery of work packages, by managing the performance of Subcontractors and the 'Self-Perform' workforce.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years' engineering experience.
- Driver's licence is essential.
- White Card is desirable.
