Job OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to join our Shared Services Team as a Customer Experience Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing customer-focused initiatives that drive positive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies that enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Provide guidance and leadership to Customer Service and Marketing Team Leaders and their staff
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences across Australia
- Bolster a cohesive service-oriented function that works across all regions and business units
- Tertiary qualifications in Leadership and Management
- Experience in a similar leadership role with cross-functional team management
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to build relationships, coach, and mentor team leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP, Genesys, SalesForce, Pardot experience preferred
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
