Investment Analyst Job Overview

This role involves working across the entire investment lifecycle, with a focus on financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and project performance forecasting.

Key responsibilities include building, managing, and refining 3-way financial models to assess the performance and viability of complex land subdivision projects.

You will also analyse and challenge key financial assumptions across multistage development feasibility models, conduct detailed project-level reforecasting to assess performance and profitability over time.

In addition, you will assist in the structuring of debt and equity arrangements across active and prospective investments, calculate and interpret project and equity IRRs, NAV, and other critical investment metrics.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners, lenders, consultants, and senior leadership to deliver successful outcomes.
