Job Title:

Professor of Rheumatology

Key Opportunities:

The role is pivotal in shaping the future of Rheumatology teaching and research within the Sydney Medical School.

As a Professor of Rheumatology, you will lead and contribute to the development of clinical, translational or basic science research programs relevant to Rheumatology.

Responsibilities include providing leadership in curriculum development and implementation for medical students, contributing to Rheumatology department activities and promoting quality improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this position, you must have a PhD in a field related to Rheumatology and registration as a medical practitioner in NSW with recognition by AHPRA as a Specialist Rheumatologist.

You should also possess an emerging national/international reputation and research track record, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and success in securing research funding.
