At Day One ELC, we offer a unique opportunity for an exceptional Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at the Dakabin campus.

We're committed to delivering world-class education and care that nurtures every child's potential and supports their development in the 21st century.

About the Role:

  • As a leading member of our teaching team, you'll provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children.
  • You'll support educators in assessing children's learning and development, guiding them in critically reflecting on each child's progress and their own pedagogy.
  • You'll develop educators' skills in completing high-quality documentation and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (QLD).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
  • Previous experience working in the early childhood sector is desirable.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our team is passionate about creating a lifelong love of learning and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.
