We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at one of our campuses. With over 80 locations nationally, we offer a wide range of opportunities for career development and growth.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-6 years. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure child safety and welfare through active supervision and meaningful interactions.
  • Inspire and engage children through play-based, interest-focused activities and maintain a commitment to their safety and well-being.
  • Provide high-quality education and care, fostering warm relationships and a nurturing environment.
  • Comply with national regulations and frameworks, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Foster meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to support positive outcomes and assist with daily room tasks.
