Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Kids Academy Symonston. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in implementing the Lifelong Learning Curriculum and promoting a culture of child safety and wellbeing.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
