Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant.

This role will involve supporting Field Assessors and the wider business in applying competency frameworks, policies, procedures, and systems effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the capability of Field Assessors through coaching, mentoring, inductions, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Assessors in their initial assessments and professional development.
  • Manage Field Assessor inductions, competency records, and internal development programs.
  • Facilitate validation sessions and assist with framework updates and reporting.
  • Implement change strategies and ensure new processes are understood and applied consistently across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of competency frameworks and governance processes.
  • Proven experience in supporting and implementing change management in complex environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of RTO Standards, the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), and best practice VET compliance.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, project management, research, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
