
Advanced Biotech Sales Specialist

Company Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Biotechnology Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the biotechnology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of biotech analysers, consumables, and service contracts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in biotech, pharma, and research sectors
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate evaluations with scientific stakeholders
- Navigate complex sales processes involving technical, clinical, and commercial teams
- Support customers with IQ/OQ/PQ validation and onboarding
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in biotech, pharma, scientific sales, or lab instrumentation
- Strong understanding of cell culture, biosensors, or bioprocessing applications
- Exposure to IQ/OQ/PQ or regulated laboratory environments
- Confident running demos and influencing both technical and procurement stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
- Based in VIC ideally (NSW considered), with ability to travel interstate
