Job Title: Biotechnology Sales Professional

Company Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Biotechnology Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the biotechnology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of biotech analysers, consumables, and service contracts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in biotech, pharma, and research sectors
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate evaluations with scientific stakeholders
  • Navigate complex sales processes involving technical, clinical, and commercial teams
  • Support customers with IQ/OQ/PQ validation and onboarding
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in biotech, pharma, scientific sales, or lab instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of cell culture, biosensors, or bioprocessing applications
  • Exposure to IQ/OQ/PQ or regulated laboratory environments
  • Confident running demos and influencing both technical and procurement stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
  • Based in VIC ideally (NSW considered), with ability to travel interstate
