Biotech Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Biotech Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the sales of biotech analysers, consumables, and service contracts into the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life science research space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in biotech, pharma, and research sectors, as well as managing and growing existing customer relationships. You will also conduct product demonstrations and coordinate evaluations with scientific stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you will have a strong understanding of cell culture, biosensors, or bioprocessing applications, and experience working in IQ/OQ/PQ or regulated laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of biotech analysers, consumables, and service contracts into the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life science research space.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in biotech, pharma, and research sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate evaluations with scientific stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in biotech, pharma, scientific sales, or lab instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of cell culture, biosensors, or bioprocessing applications.
  • Exposure to IQ/OQ/PQ or regulated laboratory environments.
  • Confident running demos and influencing both technical and procurement stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills.
