About Your Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage the initiation through to successful delivery of asset improvement projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide site supervision of construction contractors, ensuring compliance with Seqwater policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage project requirements and teams through all phases, from initiation to close-out.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews with project teams and stakeholders, providing performance, cost, schedule, and governance updates.
  • Contribute to the review of project delivery processes, systems, and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies for asset improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years' experience in project management of multiple complex projects, with values greater than $5M.
  • Qualifications for corporate membership to the Institute of Engineers Australia or Australian Institute of Project Management.
  • Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve corporate goals and project objectives.
