About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of complex asset improvement projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Leading and managing project teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering.
  • Ensuring compliance with Seqwater policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience in project management, including experience in leading and managing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with project management software, including project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management tools.
