Speech Pathologist Role

A key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Speech Pathologist will provide high-quality speech pathology services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech pathology and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with communication disorders
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a speech pathology role, preferably in a disability or community setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in dysphagia assessment and management
