Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Market Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities that drive growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales through strategic planning and relationship-building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and contribute to the development of our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through market analysis and relationship-building.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including tenders and quotes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver client solutions and meet project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide insightful reporting to support business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within electrical, wholesale, construction, or related technical industries.
  • Strong industry knowledge, communication skills, and ability to foster lasting client relationships.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic thinking and effective project management.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
