Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operator Assistant I-Sand Control to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization while contributing to the success of our operations.

The successful candidate will assist in the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service, as well as assist in the running of a job and in the clean up, repair, and preparation for the next job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist during the rigging up and down of Sand Control service line equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing Sand Control pumping services.
  • Learn basic Sand Control operations, including performing pre / post job equipment inspections, performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures, maintaining and operating sand control support equipment, and completing sand control prerequisite training.
  • Assist in the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
  • Assist in the running of a job and in the clean up, repair, and preparation for the next job.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • High school or similar education.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required.
