The Job Opportunity
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services
    • Develop and implement effective care plans
    • Lead a team of care professionals
  • Requirements:
    • Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN)
    • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
    • Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care
    • Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
    • Well-developed communication skills
    • Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Previous nursing management experience
