Senior Healthcare Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Leader to join our clinical team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of aged care in Australia.

  • Job Description:
    • Provide and coordinate resident care, supervising care staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical team.
    • Liaise with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure resident care outcomes are met.
    • Provide person-centered resident care, prioritizing social, emotional, spiritual and recreational needs.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Current registration with AHPRA as an RN with no conditions.
    • Experience in an aged care lead role (residential or community) is preferred.
    • Sound knowledge and understanding of AN-ACC funding system.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of workplace health & safety, infection control and manual handling.
