Service Scheduler Role Overview

You will play a pivotal part in ensuring our clients receive high-quality care tailored to their unique needs. Working closely with Care Facilitators and care workers, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining service consistency, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver excellent customer service by treating clients with respect, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
  2. Schedule and organise Care Partner rosters to effectively meet customer needs while adhering to legislative and organisational standards.
  3. Maintain data integrity and documentation in accordance with organisational standards.
  4. Promote a safe work environment by following policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in aged care or a similar environment.
  • Proven experience in allocation and scheduling of services.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong decision-making and organisational abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
