Site Management Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee all aspects of site activity from establishment through to defect rectification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site activities ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Undertake responsibility for onsite safety, establishing sites in accordance with relevant requirements.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of project scopes, contracts, and time frames.
  • Coordinate trades, induct and manage subcontractors and site employees.
  • Engage in regular reviews with construction and building managers.
  • Record daily site activities and carry out effective toolbox talks.
Essential Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team building skills.
  • Previous experience working on Health or Education construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Tertiary, trade, and safety qualifications.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
