About the Role

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all revenue-related activities within the organization are compliant with regulatory and contractual obligations. This involves conducting daily audits and compliance activities across various operations, including Gaming, Hotel, and Food & Beverage.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to govern the auditing process and investigate any financial discrepancies or issues that may arise. Your role will also involve partnering with Group Revenue Accounting to verify revenue-related activities and provide support to the Finance team in delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct revenue audits for gaming and non-gaming operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to govern the auditing process and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, escalating issues as needed.
  4. Support the Finance team in business deliverables through detailed and accurate compliance governance.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in accounting, with a background in gaming being highly desirable.
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized individual with a positive demeanor.
About You

You may be a current team member with gaming or cashier experience, or someone studying or recently graduated with a degree in accounting. As a Compliance Officer, you will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will be a diligent individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be comfortable reporting and training others on compliance procedures and processes.
