Support Professional

As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing quality services and safeguards to individuals. Your emphasis will be on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.

We are seeking passionate, reliable, and experienced support workers who have experience in delivering high-quality care services. Ideally, you will have:

  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent OR minimum 12 months experience
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)

A day in the life as a Support Professional may see you supporting individuals with various activities such as:

  • Building on individual strengths and enabling participants to reach their goals
  • 24-hour complex supports
  • Supported Independent living
  • Community access and transport
  • Domestic and Personal care
