Cafe Service Ambassador

We are seeking an enthusiastic cafe service ambassador to join our team in Ashfield for full-time, part-time and casual opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages efficiently.
- To work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- To be proactive and willing to learn new skills on the job, including cash handling, operating a point-of-sale system and maintaining inventory.
- To assist with opening and closing shifts, including setting up and cleaning equipment.
- To follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and quick thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Please note our cafe operates from 7:30am to 5pm daily.
