Job Description

As a versatile and energetic team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our busy cafe environment.

Key duties include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Efficiently operating our Point of Sale (POS) system to handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food in line with our menu standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced cafe environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
