Job Description

The Cafe Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving drinks, including specialty coffees, smoothies, and milkshakes
  • Displaying baked goods with attractive signage
  • Meeting and greeting customers in the cafe
  • Managing food presentation on plates for guests
  • Providing table service of drinks and meals
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and workspaces
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment
  • Coordinating with management to ensure adequate stock levels

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Barista experience or training
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Food handling certification
  • Foood preparation skills and a barista certificate are desirable
