About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Director to lead our growth strategy in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns and strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's global strategy. This includes creating and managing marketing budgets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

As a Marketing Director, you will be at the forefront of positioning our brand in this emerging market. You will lead and shape a B2B prospect's journey across all marketing channels (PR, digital, events, webinars, content, nurture).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute on team goals autonomously, and set the direction for APAC marketing and communications, in line with the organizational strategy.
  • Own and deliver campaigns to our paying customer audience to drive revenue and retention.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Consumer teams to deliver consumer-facing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with local sales and partner functions to align on goals, create and execute on co-marketing activities.
  • Lead the development, activation and review of regional and local integrated PR, communications & digital to include print and broadcast media, social media, publications, advertising, events, direct marketing ensuring objectives are set and measured.
Requirements
  • +8 years' experience in a B2B marketing role - spanning demand generation and Lifecycle marketing. Some consumer experience is also desirable.
  • Ability to operate in a high-performance environment and strive to continuously learn and improve
  • Demonstrated capability in marketing development and execution
  • Continual focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions improve business performance
  • A desire to create a culture of collaboration within inclusive and diverse teams
  • A proactive hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels
  • Hands-on knowledge of a marketing automation platform, CRM systems and digital platforms
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills for cross-functional initiatives
  • Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise communication of complex issues
  • High energy level, with a bias for positivity, action and accountability
  • Self-starting initiative and organization
