The RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for our first Marketing Director to lead the vision, build the team, and scale global growth through innovative strategies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline management: Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve marketing-sourced pipeline targets.
- Outbound growth: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to engage key decision-makers at scale.
- Campaign optimization: Manage paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn; refine creative, targeting, and spend for maximum ROI.
- Nurture journeys: Design high-converting email sequences with compelling copy and automation.
- Conversion rate optimisation: Oversee landing page and website CRO initiatives to maximise conversions.
- Data-driven strategy: Track CAC, LTV, channel performance, and attribution to inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales on lead scoring, segmentation, and GTM alignment to drive deal velocity.
- Brand strategy: Lead Wellio's brand and content approach to boost awareness, credibility, and pipeline generation.
