Residential HVAC Installation Opportunities

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled and experienced HVAC installers to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats.
  • Perform equipment and parts upgrades with quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, accurate installations.
  • Follow safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication and professionalism with customers and coworkers.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
