Job Title: HVAC Installation Lead

Lead the installation team and be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service in the electrical industry.

About the Job:
  • Manage a team of installers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Oversee the installation process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, management, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site assessments and provide detailed estimates for installations.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and report any faulty equipment.
  • Operate and care for equipment according to standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures (Minimum 2+ years of experience).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.
