HVAC Installer/Install Lead

Are you skilled in electrical systems and proficient in safety procedures? Do you have experience as an HVAC installer lead and enjoy working with customers, management, and dispatch teams?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and ensuring project scopes are understood.
  • Provide detailed estimates, complete jobs efficiently, and ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, report faulty equipment, operate, and care for equipment according to standards.
  • Follow safety procedures, participate in safety programs, and possess strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures (Minimum 2+ years of experience).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
