We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Insights Analyst to deliver actionable insights through advanced dashboard reporting, informing financial and strategic management of projects, programs, and portfolios.
- Develop high-quality reports and dashboards in Power BI, providing timely, accurate, and insightful portfolio insights.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is highly desirable for enterprise portfolio reporting, integration, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Power BI dashboards providing timely, accurate, and insightful portfolio insights at an enterprise level.
- Assist in managing day-to-day portfolio reporting workflows while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain reporting streams across assigned areas such as pipeline management and Enterprise Portfolio Dependencies.
- Act as subject-matter expert in advanced dashboard reporting with Power BI and leverage SAC experience to enhance reporting capabilities and portfolio insights.
- Review, analyse, and ensure data integration and integrity across reporting platforms, working closely with Corporate/Finance/EPMO functions to align with enterprise standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying new ways of automating reporting, improving data quality, and optimising dashboard usability.

Requirements:
- A blend of strong technical expertise in Power BI (mandatory) and ideally SAC (preferred).
- Relevant degree qualification or experience deemed equivalent.
- 7+ years' experience working in a PMO in a large complex organisation.
- Strong background in capital investment and benefits management.
- Establishing and maintaining strong trusted business relationships.
- Ability to turn large volumes of raw data into trends and statistics.
