Manufacturing Graduate Opportunity

This is a 24-month rotational program designed to develop leadership and technical skills.

  • Participants cover Production, Lean and Performance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
  • Leaders deliver projects to drive operational excellence, enhance product quality, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Analysts work with the Head of Production to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Achievers promote a performance mindset through Lean events and standardization initiatives.
  • Collaborators implement cost reduction improvements aligned with HSE and Quality standards.
  • Process owners use Power BI and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Quality experts act on non-conformance issues to ensure all goods comply with guidelines.
  • Coaches foster a coaching mindset for quality improvements and ensure compliance with Quality Systems.
About You
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, Pharmaceutical, or Biological Sciences.
  • Have experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Be a strategic thinker with a commercial outlook.
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Display potential for future leadership roles.
  • Be a clear and compelling communicator able to translate complex data and technical information.
  • Exhibit an autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset comfortable leading in a dynamic environment.
  • Be located in Brisbane or Sydney by January 2026.
