Coordinated Emergency Response Specialist

This esteemed opportunity is for a Service Coordinator to assume key responsibilities in the coordination, quality assurance and administration of emergency planning services.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in service coordination or scheduling, gained from within a service-focused industry.
They should have excellent customer communication and reporting capabilities, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills.
A highly developed eye for detail is essential for ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination and development of delivery plans and emergency procedures
- Ensuring evacuation diagrams meet quality standards
- Financial administration including processing invoices
- Responding to customer queries and liaising with internal & external customers
- Maintaining client records
- Liaising with trainers on drawing work
- Quality assurance of drawing work
- Sending drafts to customers
- Raising purchase orders for printing
- Dispatching
