About the Role:
The Assistant Store Manager is a vital position that oversees the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to develop a culture of excellence, foster teamwork, and empower employees to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Embed customer-centricity across all aspects of store operations, while driving commercial growth through effective direction and operational excellence.
- Bring a commercial mindset to the store, identifying opportunities for trade growth and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive store results.
- Support the Store Manager in managing store schedules and wages effectively, achieving productivity and wage targets.
- Act as an advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, promoting awareness among team members about the positive impact they can make through our global projects.
