We're seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Bonds Northland store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, creating memorable customer connections and empowering your team to deliver on store budgets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in creating honest and empowering customer connections
  • Assist in training & development of team members to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
  • Previous experience with visual merchandising execution in-store
  • Manage high stock volumes, processing deliveries as needed
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required
