The Australis Institute of Technology and Education is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver vocational courses in Commercial Cookery. We require a skilled professional with expertise in this field, who can provide high-quality training and assessment to our students.

This position involves contributing to the development of training materials, participating in assessment validation and moderation processes, and delivering content that meets ASQA requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience working with international students.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A recognized qualification in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in the VET sector, including training and assessment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Moderate computer literacy and ability to use MS Office applications

You will also be responsible for mentoring and assessing students from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory guidelines, and developing learning materials that meet industry standards.
