Job Title:

A dynamic and innovative chef to lead our kitchen team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our discerning members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes, including breakfast items, short order cooking, à la carte service, fine dining, and high-volume banquets and events.

  • Develop menus that showcase creativity and innovation, taking into account stock, season, and patron preferences.
  • Ensure patron satisfaction by delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Monitor food preservation and rotation to minimize wastage.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial cookery and a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is essential.

Other requirements include:

  • Experience working in a member club environment.
  • Uncompromising attitude towards member experience.
  • Experience across a range of café, restaurant, and function environments.
  • Compliance with OH&S, HACCP, COVID-19, and Safe Food Handling protocols.
  • A current, valid driver's license.
