Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to fill the role of Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume residential construction and possess strong leadership skills.

About the Position:
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
  • A proven track record of effective site management, health and safety expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Requirements:
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence is mandatory
  • Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
  • Proven background in efficiently managing sites while prioritizing team health and safety
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and prioritize quality outcomes
  • Highly proficient in IT and software applications, particularly Onsite Companion
  • A commitment to accountability, teamwork, and delivering exceptional results
