About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Risk Management Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about building a better bank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Identity Oversight team, which plays a critical role in ensuring the control landscape for Identity and Access technology is effective and up-to-date. You will be responsible for coordinating action plans across applicable Identity teams to manage and remediate risks and observed deviations.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. If you're passionate about Identity and Access Management and have experience in IT audit, internal controls, and risk management, we want to hear from you.

About the Position

This is a senior leadership role that reports directly to our Chief Controls Office (CCO). The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Identity Oversight team and developing strategic plans to improve control effectiveness;
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including the CCO, Risk, and Audit teams, to ensure alignment and effective risk management;
  • Developing and executing test plans to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement;
  • Providing regular updates to the CCO on control status and progress against action plans;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management, with experience in IT audit, internal controls, and risk management. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies;
  • Experience in IT audit, internal controls, and/or risk management;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • The ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
