As a key member of our Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team, you will be responsible for leading a global team of cyber risk professionals and partnering with stakeholders across Rio Tinto to securely enable our business.
Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and embody our expected behaviours to build trust and empower your team.
- Cyber Risk Management: Provide pragmatic advice and guidance to diverse stakeholders across all parts of Rio Tinto, supporting strategic initiatives and identifying and mitigating cyber security risks.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strategic relationships across IS&T, product group, and functional leadership teams.
- Cyber Strategy: Contribute to the development of cyber strategy and plans, ensuring priorities align with business objectives.
- Adoption and Support: Encourage the adoption of cyber security best practices, standards, and guidelines across the organisation.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading distributed global teams and managing complex projects.
- Cyber Security Expertise: Strong practical experience in cyber security roles, preferably in large organisations or similar industries.
- Risk Management: Proven ability to identify and understand cyber security risk in both IT and OT contexts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to build credibility and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Industry Frameworks: Knowledge of industry-leading cyber security frameworks for identifying and managing risk.
- Competitive Salary: A base salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, reflective of your skills and experience, plus an annual incentive program.
