Job Summary:

Cost Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Specialist to oversee and enhance cost control operations for our Food & Beverage division.

  • Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to ensure precise financial reporting, reduce waste, and drive profitability.
  • Analyse stocktake variances, identify discrepancies, and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain controls and track food and beverage cost trends through weekly reports.

  • Implement cost control initiatives aligned with financial and operational goals.
  • Advise senior management on stock and cost control, supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability.
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Proficient with inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
